I got the Xbox 360 DDR pads to connect to Stepmania fine, just that randomly when I hit arrows they do not register well. Is there any way to fix the "lag" in Stepmania, or at least make it more subtle?

I have a Xbox 360 pad and It won't even work with Stepmania. It's a piece of ****. I would help, but I don't know how to do it.

I have of those too. I don't use it because the D-Pad isn't very suited for this kind of game. If the buttons were separated like on a Playstation controller it might be better. But I would suggest getting an updated driver for the controller from Microsoft.Comment

Try In The Groove. My DDR pad doesn't work on Stepmania, but it does on ITG.Comment
