I got an Error (OpenGL and Direct3d)

I just reformatted my laptop, and i wanted to put SM on it. I downloaded it and when i tryed to play it i got this error:
Does anyone know where i can get these drivers?

Make sure you get the manufacturers drivers and such, or something.

ive gotten that error b4 on version cvs. i jjust deleted it and went back to 3.9 ^.^

Im on 3.9, i dont understand. I tried finding these drivers, but i dont know which ones to download.

You need to know know the brand name and specs of the video graphic processor you have.
Check in your
Device Manager
Windows: Windows Key + Pause key -> Hardware tab -> Device Magager -> Display Adaptors
Other OSs I dunno.
Then get that name google it for the drivers.
or you right click the video display of the adaptor and try update the driver from there...
