Background Movie Starting Point

I'm currently working on a song which has a background movie. The problem is is that the movie doesn't start right away. It shows the background Stepmania image for a couple seconds before it actually starts the movie. Why is this, and how do I get the movie to play right from the start?

You can't get it to play right from the start.

What about images, I can't get it to show background images from the very beginning either.
