How do you make lyric files?

I know you can make them and I've downloaded a simfile with them, but I don't know what program you use to make lyrics for songs. Could someone please tell me?

Use NotePad.

I never made lyrics but you basically open notepad, get someone to show you what to type, then you click on save as. Then you save it as a LRC file.

Then you put the .LRC file in the stepmania folder. Open up the .sm in notepad and where it says #LYRICS: , Tyep in (NAME OF THE FILE YOU SAVED IT AS).LRC . Then you should load stepmania and tada.
