This isn't a chatroom, don't expect to get an answer within a few minutes. I don't know what is wrong with your stepmania. It is probably something wrong with the metrics. Try uninstalling and reinstalling.Comment

Are you using a theme? and SM 3.9 is more stable then 4.0.Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile way and you have their shoes.Comment

Post a detailed description of what happens when your Stepmania crashes. Give things like the version you're using, the error message that pops up, some computer specs, etc. That way people will have a better idea of what exactly is wrong. Just saying "Stepmania crashes a lot" won't do any good, because it could be from a number of reasons. So be more specific if you want help.Have a pad simfile that you're proud of? Send it to:

The first time I had this problem it was solved by changing the graphics API that StepMania uses.
The second time I gave up and went back to version 3.9.Comment
