I'm trying to make a .dwi through notepad for stepmania, but everytime i try to play it, the entire thing comes up as left arrows, not even rests or anything, and yea... this is what i did, just to see if i knew what i was doing, but i guess i dont:

I have no intelligence about making simfiles with notepad. Simply, if you can't do it via Notepad, then just use the built-in Stepmania simfile editor. =\

You need semicolons after artist and title. And I would advise editing in Stepmania.
