What's the difference between note and note+?

I just realized that some people use one and others use the other.

Note+ changes some of the colors. Like in Note i think a 12th note is Purple while in Note+ its a lighter purple so it doest blend in as well with a black background

I thought Note didn't change 48ths and 64ths or something like that.
