    Do you need a background to submit a simfile?

    Topic. Do you need to have backrounds, or any other pictures to submit a simfile?

      No.

      But it sure would be nice if you did. People tend to care about the artwork used in the simfiles they're playing, as well.

          Backrounds generally show that you put some effort towards creating the file.
