    Where can I get a program to make backgrounds and crap like?

    Does anyone know where I can get good background making programs? (perferably free)

          I use Paint Shop Pro 8 free trial (for changing color schemes as in the hue of the entire picture) and Paint (for text and removing stuff).

          it works quite well, but I'd prefer photoshop.

              Google up Ifranview. It is a good picture editing program for being free. Photoshop is the best, but not free.

                  If I recall correctly, The Gimp is open source. My friend raves about it.
                  You should value your education more than this crap of Flash Flash bull.

                          What are you guys talking about? Everybody uses Paint to make backgrounds. We use the pencil tool and color every pixel differently. It takes about 20 days of nonstop work but it's worth it!
