need a metal pad on a budget

What are some good metal pads that you guys can recommend for PS2/Stepmania use?

    Needs:

Must be durable. The tougher the better.
Must work well with Stepmania with little hassle. I have parellel port pad currently, so I don't know much about the USB ones.
Must be like arcade as much as possible, i.e, arrow depressions so I don't misstep.

Options: Not needed, but a bar attachment option would intrigue me.

If you must list the expensive ones, go ahead. I'm looking at all options.

The two best you can get are the Red Octane Afterburner and the Cobalt Flux.

I'd go with the afterburner though. Google them to find them easily.

All RedOctane products are flimsy pieces of crap. Go with the Flux.

Flux will be better but more expensive.

Yeah... those were the two I knew most about.

Flux might be a bit out of my price range.

Any pads of good quality that aren't as well known? Trying to get all options here.

Head to BNS and check out their pads. Same quality, exactly one-half metric chicken cheaper.

AKA, $200 after shipping. And they're sexier, too.

Meh, those guys made the pad that just broke on me.
