I cant hit more than 3 arrows

i have a whole bunch of songs that require you to hit 4 arrows but i fail because my stepmania wont le me hit 4 arrows...f any1 has a solution please help me!!!!

Reconfigure the keys... I'm a spread player and I use QW OP. It lets me hit all 4 arrows at the same time.
