error on my step mania plz help plzzz

every time i use the package exporter or get a charecter on it always says this application has failed to start because mfc71.dll was not found reinstaling may fix this probleme.but i re installed it 14 times what should i do so plz help i cant even start the game!!!!!!!!!!! wtffffffffffffffffffffff

Google MFC71.dll, download it, and stick it in your C:\windows\system32 folder. Victory will be yours.
