you need a client that will d/l them correctly, a good simplistic program is XTB client. google it, its free. and when you open a torrent it will open XTB and start dowloading it just like kazaa or napster would download a file. -

LOL. The torrent's only about 10 kb, bud. Do you really think anything could compress a ~200 mb pack into 10 kb?
Anyway, download the official client. I would suggest azureus, but you couldn't figure it out.

The .torrent file is just a file that knows who has the thing you are looking for. The actual content itself is on other people's computers.
