Request for earlier version of Stepmania 3.9

This may be dumb, but for whatever reason the latest release of stepmania does not work on my computer for whatever missing DLL file. Stepmania 3.0 plain out sucks, and DWI just isn't the same. So if someone has rcl, or even 3.8/3.7 I'd be glad to take it.

I hate that, I tried Googling for RC2 but I couldn't find anything. I do have the installation file on a CD somewhere. I'll see if I can find it.

All of the older builds for Stepmania are on their site. Also, any DLL file can be googled for.
