Uhh just gonna post my thoughts as a BMS player point of view.
I don't think 0133 cheats on SM. 0133 played for a long time and personally I don't find it odd for him to play at this kind of level in both BMS and Stepmania and all the other rhythm games he has been playing recently. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ucFNH9Z07Xk this was 6 years ago and I don't have any doubt that he can hard clear this in 2015 (which he did here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4hte_Ckphcc). I have been watching his stream often last year when he was still playing BMS and whenever he got a request, he played it right away... and those scores would generally be 1st place in couple of tries on internet rankings out of like thousands of people. He also had a SHIT ton of BMS videos with handcam on his youtube (most notably that overjoy 1/ SP21 plastic mind IR 1st place) and I watched every single one of them and none of the videos seemed sketchy to me nor any top BMS players thought they were sketchy. (It's unfortunate that he took down all of those videos.) He posted a lot of his BMS videos on this Korean site called toez2dj and lot of top BMS players watched them but none of them thought any of the vids were sketchy. Of course for me, I am not at his level by any means but I am good enough to tell what's fake or not from a hand video with keytaps. I think he is just a type of guy who plays a LOT in order to achieve scores he is satisfied with. Some of the notable scores from him like Overjoy 7 Gengaozo FUC HARD CLEAR and SP21 witchcraft MAX score took around 100~150 tries (in the time frame of 1 day). He probably plays a lot off-stream and his live play scores are probably only a fraction of how much he plays.
But then again, if experienced SM players say he is cheating, I can't/won't argue back because I don't know anything about SM. I just find it hard to believe he cheats on SM because that would make a huge chunk of his top BMS scores sketchy. 99% of the BMS community already believes 0133's scores are legit. One point, BMS had a terrible history with a hacker by the name of pazo back in 2011. We don't want to go through that bullshit again. I respect 0133's skills (and only skills) a lot and just hope that he never once cheated in his rhythm game career.

Also for LR2's easy judge (which is what lost dedicated falls under), pgreats has a similar timing to SM's marv (21ms vs 22.5ms) and a even wider timing for regular greats compared to perfects.
