[SM5 Theme] Drunken Shame

Drunken-shame
Nothing much to explain. You can change your speed/perspective/mini on ScreenGameplay (because it wouldn't be playable otherwise), and there's a scrollable instruction screen when you start up.
If you can't tell from the IRC log, this is a joke theme that I spent ~3.5 hours total actually working on. It should work on SM5 Beta 4, but I haven't tested it on a build that old. If there are any problems, post them.
(my real theme is Consensual, but that requires the latest nightly build, always)
