September 7th is a Saturday, guys. It won't be so hard to go play SMO at 6-7 o'clock at a Saturday, will it?

By the way, how will we split the rooms?
I think it should be two rooms for Index and two for Spread maybe? One easy and one hard for each of them, but it depends, because I can play some songs that are supposed to be played on spread on index xD I don't know.
I have some pack suggestions for easy index and hard index. I hope it helps out

Easy index:
DDR Packs
ITG Packs
Tachyon Alpha
TLOES chapter 1
The best of r21freak
Pendulum

Hard index:
All tachyons
Fast track to brutetown
Cirque du Beast/Veyron
Bearpocalypse (just to have a bit of everything and in case Tachyon Epsilon isn't out yet)
Beastiality Violation
Causality Violation
maybe even CMDKDF pack, since I can pass songs on that pack.

Those might be too many packs, but I don't know. I like having lots of available songs to play. If you want a song but the pack that's is it isn't there, you can't play that song, nor any of the ones you like that are in that pack.

Exactly. Two rooms is perfect. No more, no less. (There really is no way around this.) One index, one spread. (any skill. easy/hard) If you can't play certain songs, you have a few options...

1: Use observe(r)? command (if it works. Never tried it or use autoplay. F8.)
2: Try it anyhow. (Just because you can't do it doesn't mean you can't try it at least once.)
3: Switch rooms? (Just because your not going to use that style of play doesn't mean you can't use the other style. Just in case files are too hard in spread for you. We need some kind of ... leeway? *shrugs*)

The /spectate command only stops your scores from being shown. Best to use autoplay, or just mash through it with fail off.

This is in a week, can we get some packs listed for this already?

* SPEEDCOOOOORE 2 and 3
* Cirque du Veyron
* Bearpocalypse
* Beastiality Violation
* Pendulum, Makina Marathon (optional)
* Beast Aoreo BEAST! 2-3 (optional)
Most index players should have most of these packs already, with the exception of Makina Marathon and BaB maybe.

Spread:
* Nuclear Blast 2-5
* FFR Community Season Packs (Winter 2011 - Spring 2012?)/FFRCP4
* ODIPack 1-3
* Midare Megapack 2-5
* Hard Songs Megapack 1-2
* Rebound Dump Collection Megapack 1-2 (optional)
* Mina Minimegapack 1-3 (optional)

Most spread players should have these packs already.

Alternatively you can make the beginner SMO room when Stepping Stones of Stepmania comes out, it'd be better in my opinion.

I have all those packs so it looks good to me.

At the very least people should come in with all of the FFR Community packs, seeing as this is FFR.

If we want more than just everyone garaunteeing they have FFR I would recommend having NB/FFR/ODI packs I guess. I'm just afraid when this starts no one is going to have hardly any packs in common unless some requirements are laid down.

I've decided we're going to have 2 rooms and those are heavy spread and midspread index.

I hope Magician can host the index room (prettyplease?)
