    ddr on pc

I'm having a problem with playing ddr with a mat on the pc. Doubles don't work if they are left + right or up + down, and if i stand on the left arrow the right doesn't work, and vice versa. Anyone know how to fix this or where i can get a good ps to pc adapter?

it's not a problem with your adapter. don't go out and buy a new one
There should be a setting in your driver for your pad (go to game controllers in the control panel) that disables "axes mapping" or something along those lines. Basically, it's treating your arrows like they're a control pad on a controller. And on a controller you can't hit left and right, or up and down, at the same time. Therefore it only accepts one of the two when you try to hit both at once. There SHOULD be an option to disable that. If not, hunt around for different drivers that do have this option.

        no prob =)
had the same problem with my pad too, fortunately there's an option in my drivers that says (direct quote) "disable axes mapping (for games like DDR)" so it was easy for me to figure out

hmm for some reason my driver doesn't have that option to disable axis mapping...are drivers compatible across adaptors? if you email me your driver, will i be able to use it?

Open the game click start and then hold UP START AND SELECT on your pad for five seconds.

            That works for me.
