What do you guys think of ARCADE hOGS??? Did any of you wanna play DDR and when you got up there, there is some dude with a friend and they both have like $30.00 in quarters on them or 300 tokons or sumtin and they just keep playing over over again without letting you play!!!!! And when those tokons ran out, one of them would get more while the other reserves the machine for them!!! That happend to me and it pissed me off! I just went to another arcade.

That doesn't happen to me that often because there are 2 machines where I play. But one of them is super quiet and people hog that!

Put a quarter/token up to signify that it is your turn next.

If they still don't respect arcade etiquette, tell the manager.

put your tokens in while there playing...which will signify that your credit is #2 or 3 or 4 etc...

Or you can just tell them to give you a turn, and, you know, not be a pansy.

Has happened to me too, the arcade by me has only one machine in it. God I've told the manager a bunch of times on them, but many people still do not stop. I hate arcade hogs.

nev had to deal with it cuase in GA arbor place mall everyone respects each other and every takes turns, sorta like cotmfreaks avator cept where not white blobs that are sexual.... kinda

I always follow the token rule. Once, this lady took my coin thinking i was hitting on her. I didn't say anything becuase I'm a wuss.

I've sort of been guilty

but i asked the arcade manager if i could come in and play for an hour, i payed him 20 bucks, and he turned the machine on free play for an hour and a half!!!

yes, people got pissed and told the manager, but he stood up for me!

That rocks! I should try that! In free play I wouldn't have to worry about wasting a buck from trying something new.

Hehehe...very guilty. When I was still playing on light, I'd chuck all of my tokens in at once, so that I could just keep playing and playing and playing ^^;

what you can do also is you can put in a whole bunch of tokens and make people pay you back if they play them, then they learn not to do it while you have the pad, trust me is works everytime

I think if someone tried to do that to me, I would more than likely be forced to kick their ass =/
