Ok for people that have actually played and enjoy both: Guitar Hero or FFR?
At first I thought having 4 buttons for 5 fingers was a good thing for guitar hero; it allowed for some challenging song patterns and forced you not to map note colours to each finger. But having only one button per finger is actually good for FFR because you don't have to spend much time learning which step is which button when you start, allowing you to take on more complex rhythms.
Way I see it, the only thing GH has on FFR is the novelty of actually holding the guitar (which can't be underestimated) and songs you actually recognize, cause if you're a fan that really makes GH more enjoyable.
Thanks!
