I'm good at the RB drums and I don't like Perfect Drug
I'll play it again when I get home today.
"A new take on the epic fantasy genre... Darkly comic, relatable characters... twisted storyline."
"Readers who prefer tension and romance, Maledictions: The Offering, delivers... As serious YA fiction, I’ll give it five stars out of five. As a novel? Four and a half." - Liz Ellor
RB's Bruce Dickinson pretender is pretty bad. It's hell to sing Run to the Hills or Number of the Beast simply because they game expects you to sing on key and the singer, well, isn't. Although it's fun to just put on easy or medium and scream it out
I second every DLC song that Tokzic just posted (I have all those except Move Along, maybe I should get that). I'd also suggest Red Tandy if you like wierd stuff (really fun drums and guitar IMO and the vocals are cool when you're actually singing, the bassline is also kickass with crazy picking all over the place), Limelight (kickass song, fun for everyone especially drums), Metallica pack if you don't already have that, and Saints of Los Angeles (delicious guitar part and a really fun drum part once you get used to harder bass pedal paterns). If you're into Southern Rock (dunno how much of that you hear in England but whatever) Gimme Three Steps is an awesome song.
I know I want them to quit every time I play something like long and difficult and I'm beating them by 50k points a couple minutes in and I just really don't feel like playing the whole song. A player quitting affects your level the same as if you'd beaten him. The achievements require your opponent to finish the song to get credit, but after you have them it doesn't matter if they quit or you win.
Yesterday, I tied someone on I Think I'm Paranoid drum score duel, we both FCed with the optimal path and equal squeezing (either that or he wasn't squeezing and I just failed every time I tried). I just stopped playing for a little bit because it was so weird lol
You hit the crash at the end of a fill a little early, then hit as many bonus notes as you can before the fill is up. Most people do bass and green, which would ring you 400 points!
PM me if you want to rent my custom title. :3
~Far too many years of chaos and unrest, far too many voices brutally supressed!~

This, except you don't hit "as many notes as possible" you have to hit what's on the chart, which usually ends up being bass+green. Though I was just trying traditional squeezing where you activate just a little late and then hit the note that would be just after overdrive runs out a little early so that it's in overdrive.
I got pissed after I got outsqueezed on Gimme Shelter once so I sorta learned how to do it.
EDIT: Just picked up Inside the Fire (I'll get the rest of the Disturbed pack later but I only had 100MSP), all I have to say is: goddamn my leg hurts.
After playing all three Disturbed songs, Inside the Fire is definitely my favorite (it's just a better song IMO). But all three are cool and definitely worth picking up for 80MSP each.
I also got Volcano which is a really really awesome song, I'd suggest everyone get it if you want a laid back tune. Also best lyric evar: "I just want to be a couch potato and play Rock Band all day" rofl
