wow so i played the best hour of drums i've ever played

I got on and decided I'd start out by failing Won't Get Fooled Again. Not only did I pass it, I almost five starred it. What. So I decide to continue my rampage by trying Run to the Hills. Surely this was pushing my luck. Nope. Passed (barely), despite the fact that I had never gotten past 50% solo, and through sheer luck I popped a full bar of overdrive that completely covered the solo beat that I can't do the bass for.

So then I decide to try Ranked Versus mode, and I play for forty five minutes. I played I think about nine songs. I did not lose, or come close to losing, once.

Adding you when I have a chance. We seem pretty equal for drums. We should play sometime.

I can't believe that Vocals would be so fun. I'm finally able to control my pitch for the songs, so I can play well.

wooooooooooooooooooooooo passed Run to the Hills today. I've never gotten past the red 16ths with the syncopated pedal hits before. w00t and a half

Now if I could only pass Vasoline lol

i haven't played rock band yet. i'd like to try out the drums though. one thing GH didn't have in the games. : /

I 100%ed that the other day along with Here It Goes Again.

My best 5g is Green Grass and High Tides - which is actually pretty easy to 5g, and I got somewhere around 420,000 points. I don't have the exact figure, as I am at work.

Also, screw you and your high Dead on Arrival score blech.

Yeah, another one of my friends bought RB about 4 days ago. I finally passed Run to the Hills expert drums, and I seriously thought my arms were dead.

As far as the set list goes for guitar, it is nowhere near as hard as where I would like it to be. That doesn't mean that it lacks fun factor, but I'm a GH player who wants a little more than Green Grass and High Tides. That song isn't even that hard once you figure out the timing window.

I like the entire song, but I do agree that the slower-paced fewer-instrument first solo is better than the second one.

I never even knew the song before the game came out, and now it's one of my favorite songs. I listened to it exclusively for about four straight days.

Same thing for me really.

But the note chart is what I was referring to. That note chart for the first solo is wonderful. It's fun to play without being overly easy or overly difficult. It flows so well. Then again if the solo sounded like crap, I don't think the note-chart would be as wonderful either.


Also: There's a good chance your parents know them. From what I've hear The Outlaws and Lynard Skynard were two of the big names way back when.
