Translation from the DDR scale to the ITG scale seems wonky because the ITG scale is so broad. There are a lot of easy 11s on ITG.

DDR is fairly easy.

Even some of the 10's deserve to be lower (Bag, Sakura)

SMMMO has 677 steps, jumpstream, crossovers, and 64-step runs of 8th notes at the end all at 320. Please tell me how you figure Charlene Xuxa or Utopia to be harder in any way.

While SMMMO is a lot harder than Charlene, Xuxa and Utopia, it is easier than most of the 12s (maybe with an exception like Delirium)

My opinion:

Chaos (Oni): 11 (I'd say its equal to several ITG 11s, at least the easier ones)
Max 300 super-max-me mix (oni): 11
Healing-d-vision (oni): easy 12
Paranoia survivor max (oni): 11
Fascination MaxX: 11
Fascination MaxX (oni): 11
Max. (period): 11
Fascination ~Eternal love mix~ (oni): 12
Sakura: 9 (A lot of ITG 9s seem harder)

I really dont think SMMMO is an 11. I beat it with an A on my second try. I have yet to come close to beating an itg 11(unless you count a 50% fail score on Charlene as close).

all DDR songs are easy, no lie, i beat every song there is

the only songs that would make me break a sweat might be Fascination eternal love mix on Challenge and the song Max Attack, the rest you have all said are easy :]

oh and some of my favorite songs i like to do for warm up are AAA and AA on challenge mode :] they are easily 13's or higher

Max. that is hard as hell on heavy 666 BPM for the last 10 sec. if speeds mods are on it's not possable to see the arrows. I say it gets a 12 hands down.

I dont understand why so many people are misinformed by this song.

A) The song goes only to 600 BPM in the end. (The freeze arrow in the middle of LOM is the only part of any (ddr) song that goes up to 666BPM)
B) The rest of the song, is really easy, probably slightly easyer than max 300
c) Just do a little memorization of the end, and it wont be all that hard.

aside from that I think, (Judging from a no bar perspective)
PSMO = 11
FELMO = 11
FELM = still a 10 (its not that bad)
FAXX/FAXX Oni = 11
HDV = This one is kinda on the fence between a 10 or 11, the only thing that might push it up to eleven is the semi impossible run at the end (by semi imposible I mean, without the bar its almost impossible to combo that crap)
Sakura = 9
Bag = 9

Thats about it I think.
