Which DDR game is the best?

ok, i have SuperNova, but are the other ones better or not? and are there any with heavy metal bands like disturbed or something like that?

In My opinion, DDR EXTREME 2 for PS2 is the best. I just think it was put together well.

ok most people who have played all ddr games, and like every song on them i think are gonna say MAX 2 well thats what i say, and for heavy metal,not that i recall there being any metal,not ddr atleast itg has a couple rock songs.and for heavy metal ur just gonna have to use sm cause konami will never use heavy metal cause they suck nuts and for heavy metal u shold go to gh,but it would be nice if there was metal in ddr.

Well, from the games I have....

(In order)
1: DDR EX2 - All around good. I was happy they got rid of the videos (except two), and brought back the Groove Radar. It only having a couple repeats also made it good.
2: DDR MAX2 - EX2 just barely beats this out. I love MAX2, it's so smooth, and polished with an excellent songlist. The music videos aren't as annoying in this as they were in EX either.
3: DDR EX (JP) - 114 songs. 'Nuf said!
4: DDR SuperNova - Great songlist. A few things are dissapointing though.
5: DDR MAX - Well, the first DDR game I got. Nowadays it seems lacking, but still worth playing.
6: DDR EX (US) - Ewwww!!! No Groove Radar, horrible songlist, awful repeats. Just blech...

I'm confused as to why you want to dance to heavy metal songs in the first place...

You usually dance to, you know, dance songs...

And you're not gonna find any heavy metal songs in any DDR games.

I know you can get it in one of the Ultramix Song Packs. I thought it was in another game, but I couldn't find it by looking anywhere...

For the PS2, Max 2 is definitely my favorite.

For the Xbox, I cannot decide between Ultramix 1 and 3. Ultramix 2, however, takes about fiftieth place. Out of four. I'm going to get Ultramix 4 soon. I cannot wait ^^

1) ddr extreme 2-great party game with excellent songlist
2) ddr max 2-really good songs and highly addictive gameplay
3) ddr supernova-some good songs
4) ddr max-original game for the ps2 has a few good songs
5) ddr extreme-:P
