This thread is stupid.you can Always double and cut the songs BPM by Half.like Bag is 130 bpm but in DDR they made it Slower at half the speed 65bpm...Not the songs actual speed but the Games BPM for the scroller.and max 300 is 150 bpm but they boosted it up to 300.all the 8th note streams at 300 are really just 16ths at 150 bpm.

When I listen to Maxx 300 in Supernova the beat seems like half of the specified BPM it says 300 BPM but it sounds like the half of it. The flashing arrows on top that represents the beat goes to 300 BPM though.

Maxx is definetely hard. I still can't get past 9 footers by pad.

Maxx Unlimited only goes up to 320.

The fastest tap wise is Fascination Maxx or Faxx ELM at 400 bpm 1/8ths or 200 bpm 16ths regardless its 13.3 taps per second. The fastest song scroll wise is Legend of Max at 666 for about half a second though there aren't any steps at that 1 part. The fastest scroll speed that actually has steps is Max. (period) 600 bpm 1/4th notes.

with notes - Max.(period) 600bpm at the end for a good 30 seconds
during a freeze - The Legend of Max goes to 666 during the freeze right before the slow part

It's not a matter of what you "think" is the fastest DDR song. It's just what it is. In DDR, MAX.(period) has the fastest arrows section, which runs at 600bpm. LoM reaches 666bpm, even though you're on freezes the whole time. Faxx only hits 400bpm.

In ITG, Vertex hits that 600 part or whatever, yeah. But aren't we talking about DDR?
