I see some masters of DDR do fast songs (more than 200 BPM) usually on only one foot. I wonder how the do it easily, I tried sliding my foot for speed but it won't work.

Many people today play DDR Extreme, DDR Supernova and later. But I still play 1st and 2nd mix in the arcades. Too bad for me.

I think trying to do it by one foot may cause discomfort and instability that you have a chance to trip and fall. Especially when you do one-legged jumping.Many people today play DDR Extreme, DDR Supernova and later. But I still play 1st and 2nd mix in the arcades. Too bad for me.
