Although the only thing about the lawsuit that I find reasonable is the fact that Roxor supposedly stole some of Konami's songs, I'm scared of the very traces of ITG fading away. ITG had a style that DDR couldn't beat IMO, and I enjoy playing one of the [locally] few ITG2 machines. I wonder what DDR will do. Will they keep some of the game's style and put it in a future game, or will they just get rid of anything related ot ITG?If you don't understand this post, please tell me

Uhhhh...No the reason they stopped RoXor from making ITG is because they used BoXors aka DDR convert to ITG machine. Komani didnt like the idea that RoXor was using there machines for ITG.

Yes, the lawsuit was launched because of the BoXoR.
If I remember the lawsuit's text correctly, the gist of it was that RoXoR instructed the user to take out Konami's parts and cover all of Konami's stickers, arrows, etc. that showed that it was a Konami game. However, arcade operators did not always follow through completely on the procedure, resulting in "defamation" for Konami (translation: complete bull****).
The other reasons were for the patent on the game itself. Remember that RoXoR started making its own cabinets for the game and for ITG3 they probably would've sold dedicated machines only. However, Konami claimed that the four-panel LDUR dance game configuration too closely resembled DDR and was a patent violation. RoXoR counter-sued, claiming the patent was too broad, but that unfortunately didn't work.

Order it online on ebay or something. Kinda hard for me to find it in stores because Hawaii doesn't really have alot on stock.
ITG2 cant be bought it can only be burned from computer. As for ITG1 for PS2 my EB Games here told me that they will no longer carry ITG anymore, At least new ITG games not used.

Beta Testing Begins is actually for a branch of the PIU series, PIU Pro. AFAIK it will have some ITG3 songs like hassen mich and stop and go, including some returning ITG songs.
Search up "Pump It Up Pro" on youtube, you can find some videos.
