It's not a anime, it's a game called "Oz" that was released in Japan, and Polovtsian is it's theme song.

As far as I can tell, It never came to the US.

I never knew that! Hmmm, I always loved the artwork. It's beautiful and it looked like something from Final Fantasy or another beautifully drawn RP game.

At first when I played that song, I got distracted by the graphics. =O
