Yes, he is so far the only recorded triple star on Pandemonium Expert. So far, no one's done it in the arcade.

There's also a vid of him playing V [BMR Edit] on DDR Extreme JP with Marvelouses on and getting a AAA with like 40some Perfects.

xD...how the hell does he do that?
Some of that stuff is so hard.
If you look at that A edit..it hurts my head to think about doing that.
I'm actually pretty good at reading the music, but on DDR I just have very LOW stamina.
