ITG Question

With a flashdrive, where do I put the songs so that ITG knows "where they are"?

Let's say Windows assigned this flashdrive L:\

Would it be StepMania-ish in that it would be setup like this:

     |- Songs
        |-Stepfile1
        |-Stepfile2
        |-Stepfile3

?

I'm going to Illusionz sometime soon, and I've been meaning to ask this question.
