a lot of the people that i know that once played DDR started ITG and now hate DDR, i like both of them. i was just curious to see what most people like

My answer would be DDR. ITG is great, but hitting 700 arrows in a one minute fifty-second long song isn't always cool.

Don't post whore EvilHobo. I like DDR more personally because it is colorful and and brighter, happier atmosphere. ITG seems dull from a perspective, because of the metallic look. The DDR songs are much better, but the steps are much better in ITG. It all just comes down to personal preference.

DDR is more authentic to me. After all, ITG is just a copy. Anyways, I like the music from both games. DDR's steps are also easier and are more my skill level. ITG is just there for the extra challenge. An insane challenge I must say. I still prefer DDR though.

I think they're both equally great. It depends on what your preference is, though. -.-

ITG is awesome to me because it's challenging. It's a way to push myself farther than I've been able to in the past. For reference, see VerTex².

On the other hand, DDR is still fun to me because it leaves some room for improvisation (sp?). It feels a lot more natural most of the time. For reference, see Love Love Shine. ^^

I love the steps in ITG but I think the music in DDR is more catchy I have like 100+ favorite songs from DDR but only about 20 for ITG... I can't and won't ever be able to do expert on ITG on foot. I can on controller for home version and that gives major cramps

I dunno, I still play DDR despite having ITG2 right on campus...

The way I see it, for personal fitness and goal setting, its all about the ITG2... but for
good old wholesome fun, go with the ddr =\

Im going to say the complete opposite. Sure there's a lot good music in ITG, but Im going to say DDR cuz it has a unique style of music in there, it has better modes and better graphics. Maybe ITG will grow on me and probably I can do one of those impossible Pandemodium steps on heavy.
