    Rhythm Horizon Beta

    Hello guys,

    For anyone that's been following development of Rhythm Horizon, the beta was released last night. This has been in the works from Lara and Matt for several years now and they've opened subscriptions for the beta version.

    You can think of Rhythm Horizon as a dance game simulator that supports up to 18 panels and provides lots of neat features; it's more geared towards pad players though (Impulse Platforms is going to be the pad with the best support for the game). Keyboard players are recommended to still use Etterna or Stepmania.

          Depends on how custom content works. From what I remember, the game is also supposed to support different hardware (e.g. keyboards).

              naw my goofball comment wasn't suppose to be taken seriously but yeah that sounds cool, I wonder if it'd register midi input internally or if that still requires 3rd party software :v (I played ffr with my controller and was able to assign a quad to 2 keys which meant one hand trill fcing most of vrofl lmao)

                      How will they be able to produce a such amount charts for 18-panel?

                      I remember making a thread a while back on wanting people to make charts for the such (9-panel), similar to Technomotion. Are you saying that they have people willing to produce that?

                              Fun fact: Halogen is the chart author for 1 song currently?

                                  Yep! I was actually on the Alpha team, but managed my time really poorly in the process and... only got that one completed chart. I had like 6 WIPs before the beta actually came out.
