I took my laptop to my local arcade one day, because I knew the DDR lines would be long, and the owner saw me playing stepmania. He played a few songs on it, and was thrilled. He asked me if it was possible to put Stepmania songs on a CD that a DDR machine could recognize...I have no idea. Is that possible? If so, how? Thank you.

It is possible. I remember seeing a thread at bemanistyle.com where somebody gave very detailed instructions on how to do it...try looking around there, you might get lucky
