If you ever see a kid playing with a slinky on the stairs and you're really stressed, tell them you're going to play a game and stand them at the top of the stairs next to the slinky(preferably this stair case is many stories high or an up escalator.) Finally, push them both down and see which gets to the bottom first. Great stress reliever!
