    IQ Games

Ok, here's how it works. I'll post an IQ problem, and the first person to solve it gets the amount of credits of the post's number.
    First problem:

Four persons are standing in front of a canyon. The only bridge can carry only two persons at once. Because of the darkness the persons have to use a torch. Unfortunately there is only one torch. Whenever two persons have crossed the bridge one person must carry back the torch. Person A needs 5 min for crossing the bridge (one way). B needs 10 min, C needs 20 min and D needs 25 min. Two persons together need the time of the slower one. What is the minimum time for the group to cross the bridge?

    65 minutes..

    A and D go over the bridge = 25m
    A goes back = 5m
    A and C go over =20m
    A goes back = 5m
    A and B go over = 10

Everyone is across the bridge...65 minutes

Babylon is correct. Each one of the places I mentioned are names of cities that have/had the 7 wonders of the ancient world. 12 Credits to kentbball!

                              Re: IQ Games

The 'Royal Bank of Neopia' keeps all the king's jewels in a safe with six locks. These locks can be opened by typing the correct code number on a control panel.

The control device works as follows:

                              KEY ACTION
                              0 closes all six locks
                              1 opens locks 4 and 6 if 2 and 3 are open
                              2 opens lock 4 if 1 and 3 and 5 are closed
3 switches the state (open/closed) of lock 1 AND
switches the state (open/closed) of lock 5
4 opens locks 2 and 5 if 1 is closed
closes locks 3 and 6 if 1 is open
                              5 closes locks 1 and 3 and 6 if 2 is open
opens lock 5 if 2 is closed
                              6 opens lock 1 if 3 and 4 and 6 are closed
7 opens lock 3 if 1 and 3 are closed
opens lock 5 if 1 and 3 are open
                              8 closes locks 3 and 5 if 2 and 3 are open
closes locks 4 and 6 if 2 and 3 are closed
9 opens locks 1 and 5 if 2 is closed

Note: nothing happens, if not all requirements are met, e.g. if lock 2 is open and 3 is closed pressing the key '1' won't change anything.

Give a five number code which opens the safe if all locks are closed!
