                I can't shake off the feeling that the sequence is actually flawed... how do you start the sequence to begin with if you start with zero... i mean... there is nothing before it to add to it. so zero + Nothing = Zero... so you're stuck with endless 0+0 no?

                  0 + 1 = 1
                  1 + 1 = 2
                  2 + 1 = 3
                  3 + 2 = 5

                  So on, and so forth.
                  How the hell is it flawed?

                    You're pretty retarded. The first term is defined to be zero and the second term is defined to be one. You need to define the first two terms of a second-order linear recurrence, or else the rest of the terms aren't defined.
