The Rules are u just hit control v when you post to see the last thing u copied and pasted.

BTW: You might just be suprised at the things you copy and paste at times and dont copy and paste somthing elese to the forums either if u dont have somthing nice to past dont paste it at all.

(i have nothing in my C&P. excel's Ctrl+C doesn't transfer over after you use it once)
