I just chilled in one spot so I guess nothing happened? xD
Actually, that sounds like a great idea, so if people forget to post a direction for a particular day or take a break from the game, they won't die. ^.^ I'll change the OP so it reflects this change.

Also that triple post is almost as delicious as a hot, fresh, Domino's pizza.

Oh, I was just pointing out that nothing happened to me even though I was expecting something to happen, but it's fine either way xD

Later on, Marik was still walking in town wearing Xiz's custom-made hat when the girl from before who wore overalls and was asked about the town spots the hat. She says, "hello, you have a pretty-looking hat! May I have it?"
*Marik stares at the girl for a second, silently grasps for his head, finding that a bunch of leaves roughly fit together by a gum wrapper is now in his hands.*
*He solemnly looks at the leaves for a few seconds, and faces the girl:*
"You can have it."
"However, I'd like you to do something in return. I need to buy something at the Specialty shop. If you happen to pass by a merchant, I would like you to point them in my direction. Can you do that?"
Edit: I only give her the leaves and gum wrapper after I find the merchant
I think it would just be better to stick to words in the country of letters. It's written like a book and is done so beautifully. There is no place in the adventure to actually use the sprites and with permanent death lurking over us if we're not careful, it can put that hard work over sprites at a waste.
I know this is a bit late, but thank you very much for complimenting me on my story-writing ability; I really appreciate it!

The girl replies, "thanks, but I don't want it if you're going to make me work for it. See you later, mister!" She smiles at Marik and then walks away until she is out of sight.
*Marik indifferently hands over the pile of leaves and gum wrapper to her.*
"Let's do this differently, then. Point any merchants you see in my direction. You keep this regardless of whether you see them. How about that?"

The girl almost walks out of sight, secretly hiding her tears. In actuality, the girl doesn't have any friends in town, and put her hope in becoming friends with Marik. However, since Marik acted so coldly with the girl in overalls, she was devastated and tried to walk away to stop Marik from knowing how much he hurt her feelings. Marik indifferently gives the hat made of leaves and a gum wrapper to her and interjects, "let's do this differently, then. Point any merchants you see in my direction. You keep this regardless of whether you see them. How about that?" The girl turns to face him, tears falling like raindrops. She loses her self-control and cries, don't you understand? I wanted to become friends with you, but you're just treating me like some trade partner! I don't care about the hat; I want to be your friend!"

"............"
"One can't simply make friends by asking for a hat."
*Marik stares solemnly into the girl's eyes.*
"Making friends with you... Indeed, it would be nice if that were possible..."
*For a moment, Marik rests his head on his hand; a position of thought.*
"If you really wish to be my friend, then start by talking with me.
It will be fine if you can do that."
*I don't know what she'll do, but if she's receptive, I will tell her that I know nothing of this town, and ask her what she knows about it.
I will also try to take her close to the Specialty shop so I can see when a merchant arrives.
I will also ask about her parents and where they are, so I don't get arrested for child kidnapping.*
Bazan steps into the bazaar and is greeted by a burly man of about fifty years of age wearing a brown overcoat and worn-down jeans. The man smiles and says, "welcome to my shop! I can see you're just browsing from the way you dress, so let me tell you what we have in stock upfront. We have broadswords worth 80 sharps, regular swords worth 40 sharps each, maces worth 40 sharps each, two-handed maces worth 80 sharps, spears worth 80 sharps, shields worth 40 sharps, daggers worth 40 sharps each, bows worth 30 sharps, crossbows worth 30 sharps, and arrows that work for both bows and crossbows." Bazan replies, "thank you for the information on your merchandise" and smiles politely. Bazan then travels to the specialty shop where a friendly young man who is about 25-years-old greets him with a smile. The young man says, "welcome to the specialty shop! How may I help you? We have all sorts of items, so please ask for anything you wish!"
Decided to do a bit of a change from my post for Day 5 and just decided to put the revision here instead. Wanted to exclude movement because the price of blue potions and bread ultimately changes the outcome of what may happen while I'm trying to explore for some city out East that may or may not even exist. Get exploring peoples.
*buy blue potions until insufficient funds*
*if money left over, buy loafed bread until insufficient funds*
