Can't customize my profile.

Hey guys,
I've been trying to customize my FFR Profile for AGES, but it doesn't seem to work. I know we have to go to "Customize profile" and edit everything from there, but not matter how many times I try to change this, it doesn't work.
Help please?

Nah mate those were for forum profiles, in order to edit your profile, go to your profile and hit the red button on the toolbar

it could be your age cause if your under 13 they don't allow you to change your profile
