Try to Star [10 or 11]

This song was initially an 11, but I guess I missed the conversation that got it nerfed down to a 10.. IMO, TTS is an 11 for the following reasons:
*speed (216 BPM)
*density (the song is like over 40% jumps with hands interlaced)
*patterns (the transitions into the trills are weird as well as the long trill ending in a hand [a pattern more commonly found in 11s])
*length (2:32 -not short-)
*scores (after a month, only 22 AAAs, 100% of which belong to upper D5 and D6 players)

I think Try to Star is a high 10 because, despite the BPM, the song is mostly 8th streams and jumps at a steady pace without many difficulty spikes. The trills only come twice, and they're two-handed trills (I don't find the hands a biggie but that's just my personal experience). The song is not short, but it's not long either - I'd still fit it into the "moderate length" category.

I like to compare this song to Run Through the Stream of Time, which is still a fast song at 195 BPM but is four minutes long, also very dense (see the NPS chart) and jumpy, and also has a number of 32nd bursts too. Not to mention, this song isn't even considered as a borderline 10.

Radio Heads is an even closer analog to Try to Star, but I'm not comparing it because it's considered a LOW 11 mainly for the long and constant 8th jacks unique to that song. Without the jacks, what room does the FMO range have for a file like Try to Star?

Try to Star has a very low density in comparison to nearly all of the FMOs, and even some VCs as well. Aside from 16th note trills, and the slightly heavy layered ending, it doesn't get too far outside of some basic 16th note sprints and 8th note jumps - at 216 BPM, it simply doesn't compare.

Try to Star doesn't really have that many FMO parts, if there is at all.

It stands out as a high VC that's for sure.

Also 2:32 isn't really that long, compared to other files anyway.
Speed doesn't really matter since it's only 8th jumps and hands, and they aren't too bad. The trills aren't that bad either. If they're one handed trills then maybe it can be FMO but since it's not, I don't think TTS should be a FMO.
