ABCDEath [10 or 9?]

This file has been an unusually low 10 ever since it was added as a VC.
Though it does have that one 17 NPS spike, the great majority of the file is mid-9 in difficulty.
The patterns in the difficulty spike are not particularly complicated, merely slightly fast. Additionally, the rest of the file is so short and so comparatively trivial that it's easy to simply luck a good run on that one very small section.

I'm working on that luck run. It's looking to possibly be my first VC AAA... Just because of the trill, along with the jumps thrown in the middle.. I think it should stay a low VC =X

9 the way I see it.

Crowdpleaser features a couple of 13-worthy patterns, but remains stupidly easy the remainder, and is a 12 (although that's debatable)

Likewise, RunnyMorning features a mid-12 section, and some high 11/low-12 jumps bursts, but the rest remains a 10 AT BEST. And it gets 11.

The same may as well go for ABCDeath, since that hard section is basically a high 10, but the rest is low-9.

I'd leave it as a 10. The hard section is something that you wouldn't expect in any 9. In fact, the hard section of abcdeath reminds me of that one part of Sambista with a similiar pattern; and it's that particular part of sambista that prevents me from even SDGing the song. Maybe it's only me that finds that particular pattern difficult, but I feel like that pattern constitutes the 10 on abcdeath.

The trills were always impossible to PA, 10 just because of that.

Other than the random 24th(?) trill/jump section this song is incredibly easy. As has been stated previously,

I believe it should be a low 10, if not the lowest.

The Trill with jumps is more somthing that would lean towards an 11 but since it is extremely easy until that point, it would lean towards a 9...
The comparison I have is Bloodmeat [Heavy] althought it may not have the jumps included in it, it has around the same BPM with the trills...

should be a 9. the entire file without the two bursts would be an 8. add the fast bursts (yes fast for a 9, but short enough to be easily readable) making this a 9. Plus short song.
also, as a mid/high D2 player, getting 9-1-1-1 playing it just now makes this easy-ish

For the length and amount of arrows, a 9-1-1-1 isn't especially hard to do. The file has 2 difficult sections imo, the speedup trill, and the 24th jump trill. I don't really care either way if it gets bumped down or stays the same, but if i had to choose between 9 or 10, I'd say just keep it a very very low 10.

Low 10. You won't find 24th patterns like those in 9s.

Almost SDGd this once and i can only SDG 7s, I think this deserves to be low 9, Yoshi's Cookie is really short and is much harder than this in terms of patterns.

Like somehow has said before, depending on the length of a song, an sdg on a song of one difficulty isn't as impressive as an sdg of a song of a different length but the same difficulty. If you played the song 3 times back to back to so that the note count was about the same as the average note count of a lvl 10 song, that near sgd would turn into well over 30 goods.

Also, -most- of the song is about a low-9 for the most part, but the trills, especially the anchor trill thing, is something you'd never see in a 9.

replayed it again to see if my opinion has changed after reading people thoughts on my comment.
i guess have the same opinion, but i feel like this is a song which won't ever get consensus. so unique, and hard to judge
