I've had this thought for a while, but Sexplosion, to me, feels like a mid/high 9.
The fast roll-staircase sections near the start and 3/4 of the way in are pretty much the only 'difficult' part of the song. These small 2-3 second long sections are slightly more difficult than those found in 'Glorious Morning', which is rated Very Difficult.
Then, we come onto the jacks. The jacks are pretty standard as well, and aren't exactly fast. Contrasted with 'Destination Unknown' (rated as Challenging) which uses a similar amount (although they are mini-jacks in Destination Unknown, herein DU). DU is also similarly 'Note dense'. Compare for instance, both of their NPS charts:
Sexplosion:

(I've just noticed that although the chart never breaches the 14 nps line, it says the max is 16. Same goes for DU, bt it only said 15 nps).
DU:

Whilst it could be argued from these charts that Sexplosion is more consistent in difficulty, but it's not exactly an award-winning argment, considering that the base 'difficulty' (i.e. NPS) on Sexplosion is so low anyway.
In fact, It's incredibly similar to Musicmaker RX:

Basically, in my opinion, it should be moved down to Challenging. Because it's just not challenging enough to be Very Challenging.
