Ok so need of a bump. 33 = 7 in old system...
the 24th streams in the middle and end are way too fast, along with some short 32nd bursts (especially the 32nd 343 bursts).

as a token song, using FC & AAA count to compare to other songs doesn't really work...

The file's already sitting at the high end for old 7s, 33 being the highest rating before delving into the ex-VDs. Most of the difficulty for this file is concentrated within those 3 and 5 note 32nd strings and the 24th streams as you mentioned, but I'm not sure if it's enough to cross into old VD territory. I'll let stavie field this one since he took care of the lower end of the spectrum, but I think it's fine staying closer to 33 than anywhere around 38. Definitely not as difficult as something like Hanabi, which is constant streaming around the same speed (probably slightly slower) for the entire file, and that's sitting at 36 currently.

edit: I can see this as a 35, not a 38. I think stavie didn't want to give any old 7s a higher rating than any old 8s, but this probably should've been low VD to begin with.
