Recently I've had some trouble logging in (because someone had the security settings on my computer)--I figured it out and changed it, but after that my credits stopped increasing. They haven't been erased or anything, it's just that I'll finish a song at the box with "credits earned" would have a # in it (say,7) and then the box below it "total credits" would just be blank. I'd return to the song selection screen and my credits would remain the same--anyone have any ideas on this/how to remedy it?

have you tried clearing your cache? That usually fixes such problems as this.

No, I'm on DSL--I tried to do it again, but I've played 4 or 5 songs now and it hasn't been working. And hey DanceGuy, if you do talk to synth, let me know what he says, ok?Comment

Uhh....somehow it's corrected itself. I did nothing. I just waited a week or two and...well it works just fine again. It definitely wasn't working before, and it just fixed itself without me playing very much. So if anyone has this problem...I guess just wait it out?Comment

One suggestion: wait for a bit at the final screen until the credits are added to your total.
I have no clue if that's the problem though.I still exist...Comment

well, the same problem is happening to me. it has the total credits box and under it which has total credits is blank.Comment

Hey, haven't been here for a while. Well now it works, but only sometimes. Yeah, I wait it out, but right when the credits would normally change, the box just goes blank. I use dial-up and it sucks. Oh yeah, it's not like it's my username, I played on my friend's comp and it worked fine. This is also a problem for when I try to buy songs, or at least I think it's the same problem. It says that probabaly my account was not debited, or something like that. I guess I'll have to PM Synth since he hasn't shown up on his own yet.
EDIT: AHHHHHHHHH! I would've had 6th place on For FFR, but it happened again! WTF?!?!?!? Oh, btw, where's that damn PM button? It's been centuries since I've used that thing, and now I can't find it.Comment

the exact same thing is happening to me. i must have gotten around 20 credits and my number stays at 187.
also, sometimes after a few songs, the number goes to zero. but when i reload the game, it goes bak to the # it was before...
