Undefined Score/Rank

For some reason my account wont update or show me ranks/scores that I did on the songs I play. My FFR Rank doesn't go up anymore either. Ive been having this problem for about 1 - 2 years now, since before FFR shut down for a while.

On the scores screen after I complete a song it says for
Rank: Undefined
Your Best Rank: Undefined

If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated.

Pretty sure its because you were blacklisted. But i could be wrong lol

Make sure you are signed in correctly, clear cache to make sure and re-login.

You're blacklisted because you hacked or cheated the game, whenever that was. Contact an admin if you have any more questions.
