Uhhh, I don't know if it's been said... but I can't beat my previous score on {Evolution} Out Stage... got 1-0-0-0 and my previous 38-2-0-12 can't beat it because 18 arrows were removed from the song.

There's been talk about that song specifically on the R^3 discussion thread. No solution was given, but the problem is known. There's a few more 'quirks' to the R^3 engine of a similar nature on a handful of songs.

It's not R^3 specific that's actually a really easy fix. When a song is entered into the DB we put in the arrow count to prevent anyone from using a file to gain the points on the song with an incorrect arrow count (basically it's an anti-cheat). So the count was still the old 871 on the back end. I just adjusted it to the new 853 so this -should- fix the issue. Sorry I didn't see this issue posted earlier.

Let me try wiping your original score on it since the old one has more arrows in it and see if that changes anything. I'm trying to talk to someone who can wipe the whole board for it since there's a bunch of scores with too many arrows but I haven't gotten in touch with any of em yet.

Edit: Okay cleared out your score try now. You have to figure the old score had you at an FC with 871 that may have been the issue but I'm not 100% sure.

Edit 2: Clearing out my score and playing R^3 recorded a score for me so it should work for you.

Yeah I started clearing out some one by one but that takes way too long. I need someone that has access to just wipe the board out for me.

I was trying to find where this issue was mentioned in the new engine thread but didn't see it. I didn't dig real far though.

Also I have a replay on R^3 at 853 notes, and one on the beta engine at 871.

I'm also encountering Evolution Out Stage problems. My FC count curiously decreased by 1 today, and when I went to check for some reason the song wasn't counting as an FC, even though I had a black flag on the song with 0 misses. On the song page, it says only 1 person has AAAd it and only 8 have FCd it, even though the high scores show otherwise. So I went and AAAd it myself, but even though it acknowledged my AAA, I didn't show up on the high scores, nor was my score updated on my levelranks. And I can't submit it on the unrecorded scores form because it says the arrow count I inputted is higher than the actual arrow count. Here's the image of my AAA.

Correct. There's other songs with similar issues (usually the engine ending the song before the end of the arrows).

Edit: I also remember there being a tad of a trill before a jump in the beta one that wasn't there in the R^3.

If anyone else needs a score adjustment on {Evolution} Out Stage because of me fiddling around with it just shoot me a message and I'll fix it for you.

{Evolution} Out Stage is fixed on the R^3 engine now. Let me know what other songs this has been an issue with.

I didn't know that... Either way its a bug lol
I thought it was adjusted considering I was missing 18 arrows from my previous FC which was probably whenever it came out.
