The order number for files always went by the difficulty of the file not by name.

Songs are ordered in a method that is similar to difficulty, but they are not technically ordered by their 1-99 number (and this is apparent in the Arcade genre, as Scars Left in Time shows up on the first page as a 62). There is an actual parameter called an order number which directly determines the menu order, but it is indirectly scaled by song difficulty.

There are obviously a few discrepancies, though.

There is a bug where anytime I play FFR, my left and up key never registers notes but will activate boos any time I press it. :/ What does this mean? Guest or logged in, I switch my controls to SDJK in that order and even tried default.

What is your speed mod rate? You might get a bug if your speed mod is not a multiple of 5, or if you have too many digits. For example, everything's fine if your speed mod's 1.50 or 1.85, but you may run into problems if your speedmod is something like 1.61x or 1.6725x.

Just up it to 1.35, you probably won't even notice the difference:
1.34x = c415.4
1.35x = c418.5

I'm not sure why it happens, but it might be due to the limitations of frames running on Flash. Similarly, you can't make half-increment offset adjustments either. If this is the case, then the issue cannot be fixed.

Just go with what foxfire suggested: up your increment to a multiple of 5, such as 1.30x or 1.35x. That should work and I doubt it'd scroll much differently from what you're used to seeing.

Seems like people w/ old profile layout have FC/AAA bar that only goes to 1240 while people w/ new layout goes to the proper 1242

When I play songs with 3 arrow combos, my keys aren't recognized. Like <v^>, and < ^>. The other combos work just fine. If I try to play the combos as a run I can get all the notes in, but it screws me up pretty badly then. I play a-s-k-l on a 1.5 speed mod, though I've had this problem for a while and on different speed mods.

This is preventing me from getting FCs in some otherwise easily FC'able songs. Some songs that stick out in my mind are Wind Waker Unplugged and Death March.

A prime example around 18%-22% through the song with some after that, and a bunch at the end.

Have you tried various other setups to see if those combination of keys would register?

This is not FFR's fault, it is your keyboard's inability to register three or more keys when using the arrow keys. Depending on keyboard makes and models, there will be various sections of the keyboard that may or may not register three or more keys. I would suggest opening up notepad, and pressing four keys at once, and if they all register, change your setup to that instead. I know you are one handed, but you could migrate your one handed setup somewhere else on the keyboard without much trouble hopefully.
