Re: AAA "Waypoints"
I already said it once, but this time I'll say it with more emphasis:
If this gets implemented it will completely destroy the integrity of the game. If the waypoints aren't solidified at 33% and 66%, I could just set it so I have to AAA 5 arrows at a time 10 times in a row for the hardest FGO in the game and get the AAA. But in general, having waypoints would chop up the song and chop up the file, taking away 99% of the fun aspect and adding more unnecessary attention to the competition side of the game.
Muting songs technically shouldn't happen but nobody really cares because at least the file is still intact, which keeps it at some level of fun.
Mirroring songs technically shouldn't happen but nobody really cares because at least the integrity and difficulty of the file as a whole is for the most part intact and the music is still there, hence making it fun still.
Waypoints however would section off parts of the file and parts of the song, making for a broken game where everyone is just playing for scores and no longer having fun because they're playing chopped up sections of files 10 times in a row just so they don't have to play it anymore.
It's an impatient and lazy approach to playing the game.
