It's not very hard if you can set yourself to a lower speedmod than normal. Then the yellow notes just act as mines.

Muscle memory can help in avoiding though, that is, once you get used to the chart. There's really not too many yellow notes and the song still has somewhat of a distinct rhythm with all of the notes removed.
