The offset on Moonbeam doesn't work. It's appearing one or two frames too early for me, but the arrows appear at offset +2, +4, +7, +10, and, heck, +100, at the same time as offset 0. It's appearing one or two frames too early for me,

Re: Offsetting Moonbeam
Velocity's engine currently has a bug on it. It's not just Moonbeam.
When you have to set an offset, make sure you hit the Set Speed button to lock it in. Velocity is aware of this and is planning on fixing it.
